Our pies measure 9 inches across and we make them ourselves from scratch. For our fillings, we use fresh ingredients from New York state when possible. Our standard crust is made with grassfed butter and organic NY state flour. We are also proud to offer gluten-free and vegan options, because we believe that as many people as possible should be privy to the joys of eating a well made pie.Order Online!

Petra "Petee" Paredez grew up in a pie-baking family. Her parents own the acclaimed Mom's Apple Pie Company in Leesburg, Virginia. She was raised in the bakery, pulling all-nighters before Thanksgiving, learning the tricks of the trade (production from her pop, marketing from her mom), and piloting new recipes using produce grown on the family farm. She moved to teach special needs children for several years in NYC public schools, before seizing the opportunity to open her own pie shop in Manhattan.
