Petra "Petee" Paredez grew up at Mom's Apple Pie Company in Leesburg, Virginia, learning the art of pie-making from her parents. After years teaching in NYC public schools, she opened Petee's Pie Company in 2014, adapting cherished family recipes with New York's finest local ingredients.
